Since being established in late 2009, Convergence has held the philosophy of being inclusive and not creating barriers that stop people from taking part. We do not ask that you work for a particular business, do a particular job, nor pass an interview panel to join the network.

Convergence "pigeons" are free thinkers and generous with their time. They only use their employment to illustrate points, or to help other members to solve problems.
